Directed and coordinated all functions and operations of the PA CareerLink Downtown Pittsburgh, an American Job Center, in accordance with the standards and expectations established by the Common-wealth of Pennsylvania, the Partner 4 Work and the Pittsburgh/Allegheny County PA CareerLink Operator Consortium.
Communicated with multiple partners to create and implement system-wide priorities and integrated them into the day-to-day operations of the PA CareerLink One-Stop office.
Achieved funded program goals within a complex service delivery system utilizing a team-oriented, outcome-driven management style.
Managed Title 1 Operator change, office relocation and implementation of strategic procedures to ensure continued operations and integration of partner staff.
